Fun time in New Orleans

So, my friends and I did the French Quarter Ghost Tour, and it was a blast. I wasn't sure what to expect, but our guide was really into it, telling all these spooky stories. It was a good way to see some parts of the Quarter we might have missed otherwise, and the atmosphere was just right. We ended up at a cool bar afterward, which was a nice bonus. It was a pretty chill evening, nothing too intense, just a fun tour to do with a group.

Good tour, clear instructions

I booked the 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero Tour for my trip to NYC. The booking process on their website was pretty straightforward, no glitches or anything. I got a confirmation email right away with all the details for meeting up. Our guide was really knowledgeable and respectful, which was important for a tour like this. We covered a lot of ground in a few hours. The tickets for the museum were handled smoothly by the guide, so no waiting in line there, which was a plus. Overall, a very well-organized tour and a moving experience. I'd definitely consider booking with them again for other cities.

Amazing Eiffel Tower experience

Oh my goodness, the Eiffel Tower Summit Tour was absolutely fantastic! The guide was so energetic and made everything super interesting. We skipped all the long lines, which was a huge relief, and got straight up to the summit. The views were breathtaking, even better than I imagined. I loved hearing all the stories about the tower and Paris. It was such a memorable part of my trip. I'm already planning my next vacation and will absolutely book with ExperienceFirst again! Highly recommend them to anyone going to Paris!

Decent discount, good tour

I was looking for a good deal on a tour in Boston, and I found a pretty sweet discount for the Freedom Trail Walking Tour through ExperienceFirst. The booking process was simple enough. The tour itself was solid; our guide knew a lot about the history, and we stopped at all the key spots. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially with the discount I used. It was a worthwhile experience for the price I paid, and I appreciate that they offer those savings. I'd check their site again for future trips if they have similar offers.

Anyone know if ExperienceFirst tours are usually wheelchair accessible? Looking at the 9/11 Memorial one for my grandma, but she uses a chair.

L Leah Brown 1 month ago
I think for specific tours like that, you really need to check with them directly. Some places are fine, others not so much with older infrastructure. Better safe than sorry.

I asked about this for a Florence tour once. They said some are, some aren't, depends on the route. Best to contact their customer service before booking to confirm for that specific tour.

How early should I get to the meeting point for a tour? Don't wanna be that person holding everyone up.

S Sarah R. 3 weeks ago
They usually say like 15 minutes before the start time. Gives you enough wiggle room to find the guide and get checked in.

I always aim for 15-20 minutes, especially in a busy city like Paris or NYC. It just makes it less stressful finding the group, especially if you're not super familiar with the area.

Is ExperienceFirst a legit company? Just checking before I drop money on a few tours for our family trip to Europe.

E Emma 1 month ago
Yeah, they're totally legit. I've used them for tours in Paris and London, and everything was professional. Guides were great.

They're a proper tour operator, not some fly-by-night thing. Been around for a while, and the tours I've done with them were well-organized. No worries there.

Hey, thinking about booking that Eiffel Tower tour with ExperienceFirst. How long does it usually take to get the booking confirmation after paying? Wanna make sure it's all good before my trip next month.

W William Hill 1 month ago
Mine was pretty quick for a NYC tour, like within an hour or two. They usually email it, just check your spam too.

Yeah, I booked a tour in Rome last year and got the confirmation almost instantly. You'll probably get it right after payment.

Thinking of booking the Boston Freedom Trail tour for next month. Does ExperienceFirst do any Black Friday deals, or is that more for other types of companies?

A Adam J. 1 month ago
They totally do Black Friday sales! I got a pretty sweet deal on a Rome tour last year around that time. Keep an eye out starting mid-November.

Yep, they usually have some kind of holiday promo, including Black Friday. Good chance you'll see something for popular US tours like Boston.
